Pop Warner and discounts

I've seen a few mentions of no discounts and no free dining during Pop Warner week. We booked our trip for Dec 8-15th before Pop Warner was even announced, and we weren't expecting free dining, but I was REALLY hoping for a discount on the room rate for the Poly. Does Pop Warner affect discounts at the deluxes? Or is the "no discounts" referring only to the values/moderates where the Pop Warner families stay?

Actually, there is so much conflicting information in that thread I still can't figure out what the answer is!!! Maybe there isn't one??

I really just want to know if the Pop Warner discount blackouts apply to the deluxe resorts?? Anyone know?

Generally all resorts ime.We only stay deluxe and that week has been blacked out for us
