Pop vs all star movies

Looking at a map of wdw, I'm getting worried about the bus situation... All star movies has as many buildings as pop... However there are three resorts on one bus for the all stars.

Is leaving the park after wishes a nightmare? This will be our first trip with a baby...

The all-stars do not share at park closing. Yes the buses will be crowded after wishes but not due to bus sharing. The only time they've shared for us is during the afternoon.

Is the bus ride far from the all stars to MK? Looks like it's even further than akl

It's about the same, 15-20 minutes.

Thanks. So they don't normally make stops at the other all stars? It's just direct to park or back to the resort?

We prefer ASMO to POP. We actually did not like POP at all. Even though they did not share buses you still have 1,000 more people at the resort and our buses were late all the time. Crowded crowded crowded. Beds were terrible- we had sore backs in the morning. packed food court. People seem to like it but we had a really bad experience.

I've stayed at AllStar Music twice..once in '03 and again last May. I liked it back in '03. Last May? Not so much. I've stayed at Pop probably 5 or 6 times..going back on Nov. I find it much more appealing. I couldn't wait to get out of Music!!! We were put in Country Fair, which I have no huge issue with, but the walk to the food court for coffee in the morning got real old, real fast!! I think that when people compared the value resorts to a Motel 6, I now understand. They just don't have the same feel as Pop and AoA. But they're much older! Many people prefer the All Stars to Pop....just look at this thread!!!
But me? I won't go back. It just didn't have the same fun feeling I get at Pop.
