Pop Veggie lo mein-vegetarian?

I read on here someplace that the lo mein in Epcot is not vegetarian since it's cooked in animal fat.

Does anyone know if that's true at Pop food court too?

It would be so awesome to have something different to eat at the resort! Pizza, mac and cheese and pb & J get old on a 7 day trip.....

I don't know, but DD14 is a vegetarian and we're staying at POP in May. When are you going? If you go before us, please let me know! (And vice versa, of course!)

FTR, she got a great veggie meal at Garden Grille last year. We had to request it. It was a pasta dish with steamed veggies and a pesto (I think) sauce.

I tried it last time too and did not like it very much either-not much flavor yet kind of greasy at the same time.I tried to put soy sauce on it to make it better but it didn't really help.I am not sure about it being vegetarian though.I know it is hard to find different options for veg so give it a try but be aware that it doesn't taste much like lo mein from chinese restaurants.
