Hello - headed down for the last week of October, and will be fully relying on Disney transportation. We have an 8:15 AM reservation at Kona.

How would you recommend we get there from Pop Century?
And how long would you allot for this?

My original plan was head to MK and take the monorail, but i believe it will be not running that early due to maintenance.

The easy answer is to take a cab, which would be the quickest and most reliable way and only cost about $15-$20 or so.

You could also take a bus to the TTC (not sure if there is a bus from Pop to TTC, and if so when it starts running) and walk from TTC to Poly.

I don't think Pop has a bus to TTC, but could be wrong. You can opt to take a bus to MK, then hop on the monorail to the TTC.

Or take a bus to Epcot, then the monorail to TTC and either walk to Poly or resort monorail.

But the issue was that the OP thinks the monorail won't be running that early (which I think is true).

:goodvibes

Didn't even see that.

I would still take the bus to MK, then use whatever transportation is set up to transport those people to/from MK for early morning ADRs (boat, bus, etc.). They will have something.

Thank you for the replies - I am leaning towards the cab option just from a time perspective. Bus from MK to Poly seems like more time waiting, and don't they make multiple stops? I can imagine it taking over an hour from door to door...

Yes, you would definitely have to allow yourself an hour at least to be safe. Resort-to-resort transportation is hard without a car.

For OP's purposes, I'd consider TTC and Poly to be virtually the same location. Get to MK via bus, and then get to Poly or the TTC however you can (boat to Poly if it's running, resort monorail if it's running, direct to TTC monorail if it's running, ferry to TTC if it's running, or bus to Poly or TTC if it's running). As the previous poster said, they will have something going. If you get to the TTC, it's about a 5-10 minute walk from there to Kona.

We had this same issue when we went. We were using Disney transportation during our stay. Didn't want to chance being late for our breakfast at Kona so we took a cab. We were staying at POFQ and they called the cab right over for us. I don't remember the exact price but it was less than $20.
