One way would be to take the bus to HS and then a relaxing boat ride to BC.

Take a cab! It should be around $10. It's very quick...under 10 mins.

My vote is for cab! Getting the bus to HS, and then waiting for the boat would add at least 45 minutes to your journey I would say.

You would only need 2 cabs, so it would only cost around $20, which I think would be well worth it.

If you really don't want to take a cab, you'll need to take the bus to DHS and then walk or take the boat to the beach club (there isn't a bus.) It will take you 45 minutes to an hour.

Cabs sounds like the smart way to go if I only need 2. I didn't think they would allow 6 passengers in a cab. I may be in Epcot that day so what are my choices for transportation if I am.

If you are at Epcot you can walk --- go to the International gateway near France at the world showcase and it is a quick walk to Cape May. 10 minutes tops.

Taxi vans (which are plentiful) hold up to 7 passengers.

Yes, but you'll need to transfer at the TTC.
