Pop Room

We've never stayed at Pop Century before. Which building would be close to the lake, close to a bus stop, and possibly close to the food court? Not asking for much am I?

well the 60's - since you are not asking to be close to the parking lot.

the 50's and 70's are also close.

I like 50's lake view - very peacefully.

remember nothing at Pop is far away. It is pretty small compared to the moderates and Polyn.

which is part of the problem it has 2,880 rooms - a heck of a lot of people in a very small space.

there are maps of the resort available in other threads and from looking at it we decided we want 50's building 2. we wanted a lake view (partial anyway), and wanted to be close to the parking lot since we have a rental car.

i know that 60's is right on the lake and directly in front of the pool and food court. from looking at the map i think building 5 (60's) and building 6 (70's) have what you are looking for. basically right in between the lake and food court and about as close as you can get to the bus stop while still being by the lake. i cant post the link to the map, but if you search "pop map" on these boards you can look for yourself. have a good trip.

Thanks, no we won't need the parking lot. We are going to use the bus. Last time we were at POR and the bus stop was a LONG way from our room.

Are the only bus stops in the front near the check-in area?

The bus stops are in front of the main building. These are the only stops and pick-ups. We were in Bldg 4 of the 60s section last year. It was close to the lake and the main building. Enjoy your trip.

We'll be at Pop July 25th. We can't wait!
