For our trip in May 2006 we plan on staying at POP. I have narrowed it down and when putting in a room request for either 70's A building or 50's C building. Which is better?

We would like to see any fireworks if possiable {DD likes to watch them, but can't handle being near them when they go off}. Plus DD can't tolerate alot of noise when she is trying to sleep or just relaxing {she has Down Syndrome} so I thought I would also try and request a 4th floor room also. It also has to be a non smoking room {DD and myself can't tolerate the smell}.

Has anyone requested a few things and got them? Last year we didn't request anything except a non smoking room and got that. But we had quite a bit of noise and DD was always on edge.

TIA!!!

I have requested 50's section and nonsmoking and never had a problem. I know friends had requested first floor room, 50's section and nonsmoking and they got it but I'm not sure if that was after turning down a few rooms or not.

On our reservation, we had only non-smoking and non-first floor specified as requests. After reading the boards here, I asked at check in for a fireworks view as well. We received 50's C (Tramp) building 4th floor with a perfect view of Wishes/Illuminations and it was very quiet.

Good luck and have fun!

Thanks for the replies!!! I plan on going through a TA, so I will make sure whoever I use puts in my requests for me.

TA!!!! :)
