Pop Question?

Question about Pop Century. We are arriving on 9/9. We booked through the Disney website so were automatically given the preferred room category. However, we would further prefer non-smoking and King bed...should I call ahead of time or do I need to request those at arrival?

Do you automatically get a preferred room if you book through the Disney Website???

When you book online weren't you given the chance to choose your options then? I know that I was able to pick smoking or non smoking room.

I was automatically given the preferred room catergory. Don't know if that is always the case... Check your info that they mailed to see if you were given preferred room too.

I selected non-smoking at booking but heard that sometimes your preferences aren't available at check-in

I have noticed when pricing different rooms on disney.com that most of the time I am offered the most expensive room at each resort. There is a "button" that says something like "show detail" where you can adjust the view, etc.

As for your question, I would call and make my requests.

i would call and make your request ahead of time so they have time to accomodate you..if you wait till you get there they might not be able to give you all your requests..
