POP preferred room

Any advice or thoughts on an area to request in the preferred area? We would like to be somewhat close to the bus stop, not too far away from the bridge but also in a quieter area. I know that’s a lot to ask for but would appreciate any help. We have never stayed there before, and from what I have read, it seems like the backside of 50s or 60s area may possibly work?

This should help. The Preferred View Rooms are outlined in Yellow. Looks like 60's would be a good spot.
