We are heading to WDW next week and are staying at POP. I read that breakfast time is really crowed. But how about lunch time and early evening? We don't have exact plans to eat at the food court but just in case my DS(4) is hungry after we hit the parks.

Thanks! The Time is finally near 4/22-4/30

The mornings we did breakfast at POP it was EMH at one of the parks so we found virtually no crowds those days.

Lunch was not bad, as Jovidan said with enough staff to keep it moving.

I found the busiest times were 6 - 8 ish with people coming back to eat between parks and after park visits.

Having stayed at POP on four different occasions, I have found that the food court is very busy from 8am until 9:30am, from 11:30am until 1pm and from 6:30pm until 8:00pm.
The best times I have found are the breakfast hours of 6:30 to 7:30am
lunch at 2pm
late dinner after 9pm, or early dinner before 6pm.

I attempted to get 9 nights at POP for this next trip but could not so am staying at CSR. (I really wanted WL, but had to take split stay: CSR/POP ended up 9 nights at CSR)

just four more days then I will be at WDW having

even crowded, the food court at pop is well laid out, roomy and easy to manuever... we never had a problem getting a table ('cept during the hurricane when all resort guests were trying to sit and eat at the same time!) and the cms at the food counters and registers were quick!
