We are considering staying at Pop in August. We have previosuly stayed at other WDW resorts and have had to wait on line for what seemed an eternity. We were just wondering if anyone can tell us their experience with the WDW transportation to/from Pop.
Thanks!

Most people I've talked to haven't really had anything bad to say about the transportation to/from Pop. Buses run frequently to handle the crowds, and are not shared with any other resort.

Yes, during peak times the buses will be crowded, and you may have to stand. However, buses will run more frequently during those times, sometimes one right after another, or even two at a time.

we were there a couple of weeks ago and the bus system was fabulous....no complaints from us.....we love pop and we are going back...woo hooo....

Tyler, any tips on what time to get to the bus stops after breakfast?

I have a question regarding bus transportation from Pop - how would we get to Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard beach? Are there separate buses to take you to the water parks or do you have to transfer somewhere first?

Thanks!

There are buses to Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. Just be sure to read the signs at the bus stops. If the sign doesn't say it, it doesn't go there. :)

As for time to get to the bus stop... anytime is fine. Buses run on a demand basis in the morning, so it'll be all good. :)

Anytime. Buses run approximately every 20 minutes, more often when lots of people are waiting.

For Typhoon Lagoon, take the Downtown Disney bus, which may also be flashing the TL destination alternately with the DD destination. (There may be a few isolated instances due to traffic congestion when you are told to take a different bus.)

Usually Blizzard Beach is shared with one of the other park routes, probably the Animal Kingdom from Pop Century. No transfer needed for water parks.
