At Pop century for lunch on the dining plan can you order for your cs a hamburger and fries, drink and desert or just a hamburger. Since they do not have combos on the menu are the fries and burger considered 2 things or just your one entree. They are separate on the menu.

Thanks to people who have already done this, I know someone has the answer.

They do have hamburger combos with fries or cheese fries. We had the plan I got the double cheese burger and cheese fries, cheese cake and milk and it was 13.50 and 1cs credit.

You could also do the combo with hot dogs ,chili dogs, and chicken strips.

Huh? :confused3

Help me here, missmissy. I will have the Counter Service meal, too, and am wondering why you had to pay 13.50 plus 1cs credit. From what I was told by a CM when I was booking my MYW Package, you are supposed to get one entree, one dessert and one non-alc beverage.

Looks like you got that and an order of cheese fries, and the cheese fries cost you 13.50. Since this is my first MYW Package "adventure", share with me why there was such a price plus a cs credit. Thanks! Always wanting to learn more! :Pinkbounc

Thank You so very much. It makes planning easier when you know the whole picture.

THANKS AGAIN

When we were there, we usually got the double cb which came with the fries, then a side item (we always got fruit bowls), a drink, and a dessert. The combos count as your main item.

I think she means that the meal came to $13.50 and she used one CS credit to cover it.

We used our CS credits last April to cover both breakfast and lunch at PC. The only bad thing I can say about it is stay away from the pizza. :rotfl2: :rotfl:

Can't wait unitl we return in September. :hourglass :mickeybar

No kidding!

This past November I was so pooped when I arrived from the airport I got to Pop and wanted to collapse. But for some reason I just had to eat something. I was actually warned by a CM about the pizza, but NOOOOOO! I wouldn't listen. :confused3

Well let me tell you! I was on a solo trip. I was too tired to walk back to the Pop Counter Service area, so I though I would have something delivered. ;)

The only size pizza the delivery people had was a Large! By the time I got the pizza, two Cokes and the tip, that rotten pizza cost me over $30! I choked down a whole piece and a half thinking to myself, "each slice cost me $15! And the box would have tasted better! :sad2:

Next time I will just order one box (empty) and a Coke! Hey, it's fiber! :rotfl:

P. S. Will also be there in September, disneyjunkie! I will be at Pop from September 12-17th. :cool1:

Trust me . . . using the words "choke" and "pizza" when referring to Pop's pizza is definitely a true discription! Like I said before, "order me one large box, hold the pizza"! :teeth:

See you there!

BTW- I laughed so hard over your part about not ordering the pizza and next time ordering an empty box. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Sorry! disney junkie is right I meant we used 1 CS credit I didn't pay the 13.50.

Of our 21 cs credits we used like 18 of them at pop because our 1 year old was sick like 5 of the 7 days. Most of the food was good but I thought the the pizza was bad. But our 5 year old loved it the best. And one other note all week long when we used our cs credit to get a meal we got milk for DD because we had the resort mugs but on last day one cm told me I couldn't get the milk that I had to get either water or pop. So I got a bottle of water and was going to pay for the milk. When I got in a different line the cm rang up the water as a snack and had the milk as part of the meal which was fine by me.

We had burgers and chicken strips at Pop and found them to be pretty tasty. As far as burgers and chicken strips go.

DS thought the tie-dyed bread looked like a sponge so we stayed away from that!

I think we only ate breakfast at Pop once. We all had the pancake platters. I was disappointed in the pancakes - NO flavor at all. They didn't taste like anything, even with syrup on them. Blah! And I am by no means a pancake snob! I really like the pancakes at McDonald's, as a matter of fact. Pop panckaes weren't very good.

We were there in January with no dining plan, so can't comment on that. But one night around 9:00 after MGM I stopped in to get some chicken strips. I grabbed a banana for DS. He said he wasn't hungry but I thought maybe he would eat some fruit. The very nice CM pointed out that the banana was bruised and asked if I wanted to get a different one. I thanked him for pointing it out, but it was bruised on the end and I doubted DS would eat the whole thing anyway. I was too tired to go get a different one. When we got home and I was looking at receipts I noticed that they didn't charge me for the bruised banana. I thought that was really nice! :)

We'll be there Sept.23 thru Oct. 1. We ordered a large pizza last year before the hurriciane lock down and it is awful (but by the next day we were so hungry it wasn't as bad!!!). ::MickeyMo

Hey, cool! I requested to stay in the 50's building again, too! I try to get closer to Classic Hall, over looking the pool. :flower:

Just look for my room . . . it will be the one with the lone pizza outside the door, box already eaten! :cool1:

See you there! :Pinkbounc :wave2:

OMG...I just about died laughing for the past 5 minutes. I take it that the pizza is really, really, bad. :rotfl: :rotfl: I'm going to find your room and have a pizza made for you and sent from our family as a welcoming gift. :rotfl: :rotfl:

Look me up there....I plan on hanging a sign in the window or on the door that says that I'm from the DIS boards and if anyone wants to get together for a drink or so to let us know. hehehehehehe

Would love to meet you. Just order me a nice big tall ice water with lemon and I am there! :flower:

One of the most tastiest meals I had at WDW was the Parmesan Chicken at POP. :goodvibes
