Pop Century vs. Riverside?

I haven't stayed at POR yet, but we stayed at Pop two years ago in a preferred room. It was incredibly loud (we were facing the main pool) and the kids didn't like not having a pool slide. I missed the coffee maker myself! So for $258, I would definitely upgrade. Especially as you can take the boat to DTD!
