Pop Century to Universal Studios

We will probably be staying at Pop Century and will not have a car. What is the best way to get to Universal? I read in the Unofficial Guide that Mears Transportation will pick up from Disney Resorts for $16.00 apiece R/T. That doesn't sound much cheaper than a taxi...or is it?

It depends on your party size. For one person $16 PP RT is really inexpensive. For 3 or more people, yes a RT taxi will be faster and the same or less price.

The other advantage to using a cab is that you can leave when you are ready to--in both directions.

You might also consider a car service, if you've got a party of 3-4 it's probably going to be the least expensive option.

I guess $32.00 isn't too bad...I was just wondering if there was anything cheaper I didn't know about.
