5. Any comments or things we should know??????
We spent 10 nights at Pop at the beginning of May and really enjoyed it. To answer your questions:
1. The food court was good but can get busy at peak times like morning right before the parks open or when the parks close but we didn't find it too bad. There is a good selection of a variety of foods at the different food stations plus lots in the refrigerated section like milk, juice, fruit, prepackaged sandwiches, etc. The refillable mug is the way to go as well.
2. We were in building 9, which we thought was close to the buses. But I don't think you are very far from them no matter where your room is. Bus service was great, IMHO. We never waited more than 10 minutes for a bus. The Pop bus stops at the parks seemed to always be the last ones though so there is a bit of a walk there. We also found that, even though there were big line ups when the parks closed, bus service was increased. On our last night at MK after watching Spectro Magic and Wishes, 3 buses came at once, which we were fortunate enough to get on one of them!
3. We found the rooms fine. They were a bit small but adequate for our needs. We have 9 year old twins and we did fine. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room anyway.
4. The lobby is inviting and spotlessly clean. Check-in for us was smooth. There is the concierge desk, which we didn't use, the arcade, and Everything Pop, which includes the gift shop and food court.
5. We loved it and can't wait to go back!!! The walk around the lake along the path is very enjoyable, especially at night. Enjoy and have a great time.
