Pop Century Question! Need Help

My sister, niece and son and I are going to Disney in Nov. We are all staying at Pop in 2 seperate rooms.

Now my sister and I both booked seperatly but have the same agent at Dreams.

I am getting to Florida and checking in at 1pm on Saturday Nov. 19. My sister will not get there till about 8 or 9 pm.

Here are my questions:
Is there anyway I can try and get us in the same building, same floor?

Of course! I did it all the time.

Just make sure it's notated on your reservation that you are travelling with the XXXX party, and thier confirmation number is XXXX. Same thing with thier reservation. With this information, the room assignor can try and get y'all close by, adjoining (next to) or connecting (door in the middle) rooms. Make sure to specify which you'd like.

Make sure to reiterate this when you check in.

We did not want one of us in the 50's and one of us in the 90's.
