Pop Century premium sections

Forgive me if this repeats a previous question. I couldn't find it through search.
Are there premium sections at Pop Century? If so, what are they? I ahve trouble walking long distances, but I don't really want to spend extra. Is there a map someone could provide a link to?

Hi! The sixties buildings are preferred locations and are directly behind the main building. There are two PoP Century CMs here on the boards so they will definately help you out.
