Here's another one our May trip. My DS and DD are just ahead.

I remember this view. We were in Building C, right by Tramp. Ah, the memories.

Thanks for sharing these pictures. We are taking our first ever WDW trip this Sept and staying at Pop. These pictures are making me really look forward to our vacation.

Thank you very much, I'm glad people enjoy them and all the other great pictures in this thread. I think it helps people see that while Pop is a value resort, it is a pretty cool place.

Hi declansdad! I've been enjoying your pictures of Pop! (You're a frequent poster on the Photography board, too.) I'm in the planning stages of our first trip to Pop Century for this December, and I'm liking what I see! Question about this one: the area on the other side of the bridge - is that the other buildings that they started and never finished? Some of the posts I've been reading say they're an eye-sore; is it really that bad?

I'm glad you like the pictures. I have seen some fantastic pictures throughout this board so I'm always happy when someone says they enjoy mine as well.

The building you see in that picture would be the main building for the unfinished section of Pop. There are two or three other buildings that that were started as well. You don't see any of them (if I remember correctly) unless you are looking over the lake and standing on one of the upper floors. I don't think of them as an eye-sore but it is a litle strange to see something like this at Disney.

Pop is a great place to stay. It isn't as big as it seems and it is a very vibrant place. The colours really jump out at you, especially at night. The other bonus is that you never share busses.
