I was at the Pop from Dec 8-15th. I will try to add one or 2 pics a day.....if nothing else it will keep me entertained until my next trip! I do not own the best camera in the world (have to fix that before the next trip) but I tried to weed out all the bad shots.

We have never been to POP and only to Disney once (offsite with MAW). This trip is just me and DH who is quickly becoming a DIS fan! (who would have thought???) He who makes fun of my online hours.... only on DIS!

Can't wait, we leave for our first stay at Pop in 11 days! If any of you Popers have any outdoor pics of the areas near where you like your room to be, I'd sure appreciate it! I need to put in my room requests ASAP and don't have a clue. If it helps, we'll have 4 kids aged 9,8,7 and 6

We just got back from POP and I feel like I am an expert now...So, if anyone has any questions PM me and I can answer your questions.....I have lots of pics and will try to get them up but seems like they are the same as what everyone already has on the board...We had a wonderful room overlooking the lake and everynight we had a perfect view of the fireworks at 9:30pm being done at Epcot..it was so Magical.....

I stayed in the 90's section. Rooms 8154 and 8155 and found this to be a nice quiet location. It was a short walk across the parking lot to the buses and food court and right around the corner from the computer pool. I guess this would be considered a 'garden' or 'parking lot' view.....

Here are a couple of shots from the Food Court - Little blurry but they give you an idea of what it looks like. I took these on Saturday December 15th around 4:00pm - good time to grab an early dinner!

Hi!

We stayed at POP for 10 days last July. We were in room 4140 in the 60s building. My parents were in the room right next to us. I cannot tell you how highly I recommend this location!!! It was literally no more than 2 minutes from our door to the main pool, and maybe 3 minutes the other direction to the bowling pin pool (which we never used). The food court was maybe a minute or so past the main pool.

What was so amazing about our room is that the view and our "front yard" made us feel like we were in a fancy resort all by ourselves! Due to the location, we rarely saw anyone passing our room. Each day we were greeted by a wide variety of cool wildlife, which we had lots of fun taking pictures of!

Here are some pictures so you can see the exact location of our room. We have the window decorations . . . our room is on the left and my parents' room is on the right.

I made a privacy curtain by putting up a small tension rod and some curtains:

I also found this pop-up hamper (Wal-Mart) to be very handy! I could carry it right to the laundry room and it even had a pouch on the side for change/soap/etc... It folded flat for travel.

And my favorite organizational tool (picked up this tip on the DisBoards!) was a shoe organizer:

Finally, if you stay there, don't miss feeding the fish and turtles from the bridge - our boys LOVED this! (Note: there is a bench there, be careful as kids naturally want to stand on it and then look over into the water. It made me nervous!) We brought pieces of bread and saltine crackers.

We loved our stay there and wouldn't hesitate to return again!
