Pop Century or Shades of Green

I was thinking of staying at Pop Century for our October visit but I am a little concerned about the crowds with 2,880 rooms it's bound to be a zoo. Recently I came across the Shades of Green Resort since we are an Air Force family this works for us. I know they are doing some reconstruction but I read they will reopen in March with only like 600 rooms it's bound to be more peaceful. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You probably couldn't pick two more different resorts. SoG is very quiet and off the beaten path. Its also only minimally "Disney." Its almost like staying off property.

And for your dollar, you'll get a lot more at SoG, than Pop Century.

If your criteria is peace, than SoG is probably fits the bill the best.
