Pop century here i come!

I am so excited! I just cancelled my reservation for the Best Western LBV and booked a room in the Pop Century for Jan 6-10!! I can't wait. Does anyone have any tips for me about the resort (where to stay, food to eat, etc) thanks so much!!

Well, I will be arriving at the Pop Century on 01/22 after flying overnight from the west coast. You will have fun staying at the Pop Century Resort. That's where I spend my 50th birthday, too.

There is the All New Pop Century FAR OUT FAQ Thread, which you can find under the Disney Resorts thread. It was started by the Chip and Dale Express. You'll like it. Try the link at the top. That should get you started.

I hope you are able to find some photos of the Pop Century Resort. There is a 1950's wing, a 1960's wing, just for starters. They have a food court, with food in the $ range. There's also a gift shop.

At the 1950's wing, there are nine larger than life Brunswick bowling pins which are stairwells on the exterior of the place. There is also a Bowling pin swimming pool. As I bowl, that's the place where I want to stay at.

I kept tabs on the place ever since I learned that it may open, and it opened on 12/14. I will spend seven nights at that place.

With the strict weight regulations that the airlines govern over, I am not able to take my laptop with me on my flight to Orlando.

So is there any place at Disney World where I can access my email, if the Pop Century does not one?

There sure is. I've checked my email by using the computers that are right outside the gift shop in ASMovies (they are by the bathrooms)
