Pop Century extra guest in room

Hi

I will be arriving at Pop on the 20th Sept for 7 nights travelling solo. My partner will be in the US at the same time on business but would like to come and join me at Pop for 2 nights in the middle of my stay. Would it be possible for me to add him onto my room when I get to Pop for just the 2 nights even though I have booked a package which includes tickets and ddp?

Go to front desk, tell them his name, dates and they will even give you a magicband for him. I do it all the time, did it last month.

You can't add him before due to your package (they would have to have the same thing) but on arrival, no problem.

Oh that's fantastic thank you. I didn't realise they would give him a magic band too. Do you know how would this would work if he buys a one day ticket to magic kingdom? Does he just link the ticket to MDE and the band will be linked to MDE too?

Someone will come in and explain that better (since you don't have ticket) than I could but I know every time I add my DS there are lots of steps because he has his own MDE with his AP.

My guess is if they set up their own MDE, you become friends and family (connected), you can book FP+ and then at front desk they attach MB
OR easier
you list them on your MDE and buy the ticket through yours that since it's only a one day and you can then book FP+. On arrival at hotel you just have them added them. I did that with the folks once since at time they didn't need an MDE.

For your particular circumstances, they don't need their own MDE.
