Pop Cent to Chef Mickeys

My DD and I have a 7AM PS at Chef Mickeys. Will we be able to catch a very early bus or should we plan on driving that day?

I think it depends on what time the MK opens that day (MK bus is the one you'd want). Busses start running 60-90 minutes before park opening.

If I were you, I'd drive.

That's a tricky priority seating time. Magic Kingdom bus service starts at 7am, so that wouldn't work.

If you drive to the contemporary though, they'll probably issue you a 3 hour temporary parking pass, which then means, you won't be able to get to the magic kingdom without moving your car. You can either park at the TTC, and take a monorail, or drive back to pop century and take a bus back to the magic kingdom.

Magic Kingdom buses from Pop Century will start running 30-45 minutes prior to the earliest Character Breakfast Priority Seating time.

For my own reference, they'll run 30-45 to the Magic Kingdom for PS at places other than the Magic Kingdom? Or just for the Contemporary. Or am I completely wrong, and Chef Mickey's is at the Magic Kingdom??

Those super early Magic Kingdom buses can take you right to the Contemporary (or Polynesian, Grand Floridian, Wilderness Lodge or Fort Wilderness). Just speak with the driver upon boarding.

We had the earliest ressie at Chef Mickey's, coming from ASSports, and there we asked the desk CM night before how we could get there that early. (This was our very first trip to WDW in 2000). The CM said there will be busses out front to take people for their early breakfast ressies, and we should be at the bus stop 45 minutes before the ressie time. I asked why so much time was needed, and she said it was because the busses make multiple stops. It worked out fine for us, and we arrived at the Conntemporary with time to spare for thr pre-breakfast photos with Mickey.

How about an 11:00 seating? Take bus from PC to MK and then Monorail?

Thanks Tyler for posting this info. We have a PS for Crystal Palace at 8:05 am and we too are staying at Pop Century. I like m.pots was wondering if it was possible to get there on time. I feel much better now!!!
