Pop bus and Skyliner times to HS and Epcot

We're heading to POP at the end of the July. We haven't been there since they started using the Skyliner. I know that when it is running, the buses are not (to EP and HS). How about super early in the morning? Which is running? Wondering if anyone who has been there recently can post times for the buses and Skyliner from POP to EP to HS? We can walk to AoA to get a bus but if buses are running at POP first thing in the morning before the Skyliner, I'd rather do that.
