POP August Trip-what a deal!

DS's and myself flew to Atlanta for nephew's grad in May. Delta offered vouchers ($200/ea) if we would change our flight 20 mins earlier! I automatically thought "DISNEY TRIP!" and said yes, of course. I've been watching airfares. They finally dropped to $225 from Newark to Orlando! Ran to airport to buy tickets (had to do it that way w/vouchers) so DISNEY here we come! We're staying at POP/$74/night plus tax! Not bad for an unexpected trip! We'll be there 8/18-25. Looking forward to seeing any DIS'ers! We'll have lime green laminated mickey heads on (courtesy of Home Depot!)! Only downfall DH won't fly so he'll be staying at home this trip (he's totally ok w/it!)

That's great!

We too will be using free airline vouchers for this trip. Air Tran cancelled our return flight from Miami after our cruise last year. And with the August codes out we couldn't resist. Staying at POP 8/23-8/30.

We're actually taking the drive down the turnpike this time to leave from Philly. We weren't able to get the dates and times we wanted with the vouchers out of Newark. But for 8 days in Disney the hour drive each way is definately worth it!
