poor quality after iron on

Help please! When I iron on my disign and remove the transfer quality of the iron on looks like its been washed many times...is there a way to fix this? Or is it how it is supposed to look?

Shouldn't happen if you started with quality iron ons and full ink cartridges....

I would like to add to Marion's, that you may not have selected the correct print quality when printing the transfer.

I have only used AmyMickey's transfers - they are easy to use and produce great results! Her directions said to use the high quality print option, and they turned out perfect. Also make sure you have a full ink cartridge and use an ink jet printer, not laser printer.

I just did my shirts for our cruise and they came out pretty cute. I used AmyMickey's transferpaper on BEST quality and the colors are good....I guess the image I downloaded was not the best quality b/c it has fuzzy edging...but overall they look great!!!

I always use make sure my cartridges are full, use light shirts with light iron ons transfers and dark shirts with dark iron on transfters and I make sure I put the paper over the iron on when I put it on. My shirt came out great I bought my iron ons transfers at walmart I paid 8-9 for 7 sheets. OH and make sure u wash ur shirts before doing the iron on and then wash it afterwards so ink doesnt run. Good luck

What brand of tranfers did you use from WalMart? My WalMart charges 11.97 for 5 dark tee shirt Avery transfers. I've always used the Avery dark tee and have fabulous results. I tried the other transfers that everybody reccomends here and I don't know if I did soemthing wrong, but they were more difficult for me to use and the Avery brand was easier for me.

If you found iron on transfers for 7 that's less than my 5, I'd love to know the brand so I can look for them. Thanks.
