I also like Stitch. The burb is not as strong as the stink bug at AK tough to be a bug and doesn't last as long. Think I am going to use Stitch as a pre-judge if my little Niece and nephew will be too scared for bug's life. It seems to be a little tamer and a familiar character.

Don't know about that. When we went in January, my GD handled Bugs Life and even Honey I Shrunk the Audience, but she hated Stitch. Due to all the bad reviews we did not encourage her to go on it, but told her about it and let her make her own mind up. She loves Stitch and wanted to try it. She didn't like it, but handled the harness coming down and the darkness. However when Stitch started jumping on her and the other kids started screaming, then she started screaming too. Because the harnesses were too tight we couldn't get to her. She screamed and cried through most of the show, as did almost every kid in there. I think the kids fed off each other with the screaming and crying. She probably would have been alright if everyone else wasn't crying.

I was upset when I heard they were taking AE out. It was actually my DD8 (at that time) and my favorite ride/attraction. I'm a horror movie buff, so I thought it was fabulous. It actually kinda scared me and that is hard to do. I'm glad to hear that it hasn't changed too terribly much from the original. My daughter fell in love with Skippy and HAD to have a stuffed animal. So, she will be disappointed that he is gone. We are definately going to try Stitch. I can't wait!!

DH, DS8, and I were all totally unimpressed. But the thing that was the worst for me about the Stitch experience was the way the chair poked me in the back! The chairs are plastic and there is a ridge or something that caught me right in the spine. Although the ride is pretty short my back was actually still sore in that spot the next day. Anybody else?

My DS (who is a stitch freak) can not wait to go and experience this ride/show/attraction. Nice to hear some positive comments.

For those who have seen it I thought i had heard that there was a bad smell that came out during the attraction but does anyone know if that is true and if so how bad is it ?

It is supposed to be a chilli dog. It didn't smell like one to me. I found it nauseating.

i liked stitch a lot better than AE, mainly because I was scared of the alien!! Stitch is one of my favoutite characters, I just wish that you got to see more of him, the dar spoils it a bit IMO.
