Wow.. that wasn't quite what I was expecting to see. Poor Pluto.

I really wish there was a way to figure out what the kid did in the first place, to send Pluto chasing after him like that.

Honestly? I betcha bucks they were just playing. Pluto LOVES to be a little naughty, and I think it was a spontaneous moment that was caught on camera, and taken out of context. If you look at the Mom who intervenes, she doesn't look mad at all, and the "push" is really gentle and exaggerated.

Just MHO, but I think it was all in fun. Pluto has played much more energetically than other characters with my kids too!

Well he is Pluto...and like any other playful doggie I bet he would give him a LOT of kisses.......LOL That's what my dog would do.

At first I thought I'd laugh...but I didn't. Poor Pluto!

Maybe Pluto was going a bit far w/ the kid, I was thinking, "Oh, that poor boy is going to have nightmares!" but then I think the woman DEFINATELY went too far...she could have at least TRIED to keep things "happy".

I can't tell if it was serious or not - but Pluto is definitely playful. He's always DD's favorite.

Once there was a family getting their picture with him, and one of the kids had a giant Pluto doll...Pluto took the doll away from the kid and ran off with it, and would not give it back...the whole thing was really cute, and everyone was laughing.

I think this was just playing, and the woman who grabs Pluto is just a busy body. You can see the kid walk back over to Pluto when he fell over. If the kid was running away from pluto because he did something, he wouldn't do that. Also, IMO, when Pluto is grabbed, he points and makes jestures with his hands saying that he was just playing. That is just my obervation though.

Pluto wasn't playing. And that woman did the right thing. That was a character breaking character. If that were my kid he was chasing, I would've tackled that mutt!
