Poolside dining hours on Wish

My husband and I are thinking of booking a last minute cruise on the new Wish. We were wondering if anyone can give us the rough hours that the new poolside quick service restaurants are open? Can you get the tacos and BBQ instead of dinner in the MDR? Is the pizza/burgers open late like on the Fantasy?

The BBQ and Mexican are open 10:45-6. The grill is open until I think 10:30 and Pizza till midnight.
