Wanted to know who can direct me to a hotel with the biggest pool or most family friendly pool. Are there any other good ones other than DL Hotel and Hojo?

We like ramada maingate's pool. It has some sprayers and a beach walk in. Great for little ones and it does have a deep end too. Decent size pool.

Another vote for Ramada maingate. Watch the prices though, they vary quite a bit. In June I had looked at rates for sept and they were $99 with a AAA or military discount. Then for a while they were up to $134! Now they've come down for the same dates at $103. Right now I have ressies at the BW Anaheim Inn at a great Costco rate but might shift back for pool and breakfast.

What do you want in a pool?

The thing about HoJo isn't the *pool* (which is a lovely, basic, pool in the garden area), it's the entirely separate water-play area.

DLH's pool is 2 or 3 separate (or so it appeared to me) pools that are large-ish and freeform-ish, and there's the big slide(s).

Some people want the play areas with a pool. Others want to really *swim* in a pool. They'll probably think that different pools are the best! So to answer, beyond family friendly, what do you want in a pool/pool area?

Another vote for ramada maingate pool. Decent enough some sprayers and ground sprayers. It's nice and clean there too.

Thank you to everyone for recommending maingate....my DH blessed us with 2 nights at DLH....but hopefully we'll try that next year GW!

Anaheim Plaza has an Olympic size pool, nothing else but the pool is huge. :)
