Looks like it will be cool the days we are planning Aquatica. Does anyone know if the pools etc are heated? Are they even open if the highs are in the 60's
I am wondering this too! We go next week and so far the weather doesn't look great. Not even sure I want to do a water park if the high is only in the 60's. If anyone has been there when it was in the mid to upper 60's did you freeze??? I don't tend to be cold, but my boys and husband get cold pretty easily. Thanks!!!
We were in Orlando during Christmas week, and visited Aquatica on Christmas Eve Day. During the week before we arrived, we read on their Facebook page several times that they were closed due to cold temperatures (highs were in the 60's).
So yes, they do close if the weather is not warm enough to attract enough guests to make operating worthwhile.
We laughed because we hearty Canucks will swim as long as there's no ice on the water . A high in the mid 60's sounds like the perfect day for a dip in the pool!!
