Pool/water toys @VWL pool

We stayed at Beach Club last year and at Storm Along Bay you could rent floats or buy the swim noodles. Can you use such toys at the pool at VWL? When we stayed at AKL I don't recall any toys like this, just the usual water wings or small floaties.

last September, but we did bring some from home. We used a 2-person ring (with a seat in one side) for DS (18 mos) in the main pool, and a variety of boats & beach balls in the kiddie pool at WL last September We also had noodles for both kids in the main pool. A few other people had things as well. Kiddie pool etiquette took over and we all shared, whether or not the other kids had brought anything. It was really nice.

I don't think you'd be allowed to use a big raft or anything like that in any of the WL pools- not enough space.

Has anything changed? I just got off the phone with my DGC ages 2 and 4 and they are so excited about the upcoming visit. I understand the villa pool is being refurbished, so is it too crowded for the swim noodles in the main pool. I'm sending a box of pool/sand toys down, and want to include the noodles if they can be used.

Noodles usually are not a problem. Large floats and rafts can be. VWL pool has no life guard, so you are on your own. WL pool has a life guard who will either allow you or not based on the pool occupancy.
