Pool Use & Monorail Quesions

We will be staying at GCH, can someone tell me if we will be able to use the refurbed DLH pool during our stay? It looks like a lot of fun with those Monorail slides. If so, do we just need our GCH room key?

Does the Monorail have a stop in DCA or is it just the ones in Tomorrow land and DTD?

Unless the GCH pool is closed you won't be allowed to pool hop.

The monorail doesn't stop in DCA.
