Pool towels no longer available?

Stayed at Ft Wilderness 4/10 - 4/14. Was very surprised when we got to pool and were told they no longer offer “pool towels”! It’s bring your own. Am wondering if this is the norm now at all Disney resort pools? Returning in August to Copper Creek and would like to be prepared. Thanks for any insight.

Copper Creek and CBR both had pool towels last week.

We stayed at CSR April 12-19th. Both the dig site and the cabana pools were stocked full with towels every time we went.

May be wrong about this, but I don’t think Ft Wilderness offers pool towels. All other Disney resorts do offer towels.

as a PP said I do not remember Fort Wilderness ever having pool towels even pre covid.

You are correct. Fort Wilderness has always been bring your own towels. If you're at the cabins, you can request more towels from house keeping to take with you to the pool.

....BWV had pool towels Tuesday....

Dead center is a red and white striped pole. If you look to the right, there is a bright yellow "box"; the white in front/middle of that box are stacks of towels. You deposit used ones in the yellow "box" to the left of that pole....hope this helps.

I’m going to close this since it’s been established that no pool towels is a normal thing at Fort Wilderness and the thread title may be misleading/confusing for some casual readers. Thanks all.
