Has anyone stayed at "oasisatdisney.com"? Its located in Emerald Island and the owner quoted us a pretty good rate for 4 bedroom villa with pool for 9 nights. He is located in United Kingdom and the management company is "firstclassfloridavillas.com". Has anyone heard of this mgt company? Also what are some tips for making sure this is legit? Someone mentioned awhile back about checking with the town records and see if the taxes etc are current. We plan on calling the owner and mgt company before we book also and will pay with credit card.
I did ask for some reviews but most of the ones on the management site for this property are outdated. The pictures look great and better than most homes I've looked at. We are a family of 7 with older kids (college and high school age). This house seems to meet our budget and layout needs. Last time we stayed at Windsor Hills in a townhome but my kids were smaller and we now need at least 4 bedrooms. How does Emerald Island compare to Windsor Hills?
