We will be in Disneyworld, staying at SSR this Spring. Since we cannot pool hop at SAB anymore, does anybody have any ideas on where the best places to pool hop with our 2 year old?

Thanks

I see you are staying at SSR. Your 2yo will probably be very happy with the zero entry pool there...not to mention the small slide (assuming he/she doesn't go down the big one yet! ;) ) There's also the Donald fountain area.

You could easily head over to OKW to check out the pool enhancements and new slide over there. Nice to soak up the atmosphere.

We went to BWV's pool in June and the kids had a blast...however the slide is huge (hence their love for it!). If I wanted to keep a 2yo happy, I'd stick with SSR.

I agree with Katie...the SSR pool and play area look like a great place for someone that age. Not to mention that you don't have to drive or take multiple buses to get "home" if the little one needs an afternoon nap.

If you did want to pool hop, then I think BWV might be a good choice. They have a nice kiddie area away from the main pool.

We were just there in October with 2 1/2 YO DD. We hopped over to WL and she had a great time in the pool. One caveat, there is no lifeguard posted at the slide to control the flow of thoose using it so be careful to make sure some of the older kids don't get a little anxious.

One side benefit, DD loved the resort. She wanted to walk around and see everything she could. We walked to the geyser and watched that go off, the dock and she chatted with the boat captain for a few minutes, walked all over the lobby looking at every nook and cranny. She had a blast.

If you go to any DVC resort be sure to take advantadge of the free valet parking if your driving.

the POFQ is made children your child age.

older kids would be bore.

however for children up until the age of 7 - it is probably the best.

the slide is cute - but not exciting. Very tame and very slow.

this is the sea-dragon slide

here is a picture of it from all ears
