Pool Hopping...What CAN we do, and where should we go?

Here at BCV and want to pool hop tomorrow. I think we've got it down where we can't go (AKL, Poly, Bay Lake).

But where is a fun place to go besides Stormalong Bay? We're close to Boardwalk, so we'll likely try the Keester Coaster, but what else would you recommend?

Personally, I would not waste the day pool hopping. You are already at the best pool on property. Sure, the BW pool is cool...but not as cool as BC. Have not ever seen Swan or Dolphin pool. Maybe do a walk about....Swan and Dolphin, BW and back to BC? Or....do you have park hopper with water park option? Go to a water park. Although Caribbean Beach resort's main pool used to be fun...not sure any more.

I don't think you can pool hop to swan and dolphin-they aren't owned by disney

Correct. No pool hopping to Swan and Dolphin. CSR has a neat pool, the Dig Site. CBR has a neat pool, but it was very crowded when we were there last week. If you have kids, the SSR Paddock pool has a fun play area. You can use the GF pools and the CR pools (just not BLT pool). You cannot use the AoA pool.

We like the pool at DL (now PO-RS).
It has a lot of shaded areas even within the pool.

When my kids got to be teenagers, a waterpark day could still be fun, but pools, no matter which pool at Disney, were just not all that.

We like the pool at DL (now PO-RS).
It has a lot of shaded areas even within the pool.

I thought pool hopping wan't allowed at any resort?

It is allowed if you are staying on DVC points. But not guests and only certain pools.
