Quick question - can DVC members pool hop if they are staying on Disney property, but not in a DVC resort? Thanks!

No. You need to be staying at a DVC resort on points to legally pool hop.

As Carol said, no, even if staying on points at a non DVC hotel. Many timeshares allow day use, but not DVC, and I can see why.
