Pool hopping question

I know you can pool hop at the US resorts, but how convenient is it to do that? Can you walk from hotel to hotel, do you drive? On the map the hotels don't look that close to one another, but maybe they are closer than they look.

For example, if I stay at RPR and want to swim at HRH about how long is the walk? Thanks.

They have a bus which goes from Hotel to Hotel and I think the walk is about 10 mins

It's very convenient!! The hotels aren't that far from each other in reality. You will have to cross through CityWalk if you Walk (or if you rather, take a water taxi to CityWalk from one hotel and take another WaterTaxi from CityWalk to the other hotel...unless you get lucky with your timing, it may take a little longer to do this...but it's nice).
