Pool hopping question.

We are DVC owners at Animal Kingdom lodge and have an upcoming cash stay at a different Disney resort. Are we allowed to pool hop at AKL (or anywhere else) this trip, or do we have to be staying on our DVC points?

Pool hopping has not been reinstated since the re-opening of resorts back in July 2020. So how you are staying at Disney makes no difference.

Yup. And even prior to stopping the pool hopping in 2020, they were greatly reducing the pool options available to DVC members. My thought is it's not likely to come back.
