Pool Hopping Question

We are DVC members, but this trip we are staying at Port Orleans (used all pts for year, and free dining....) We have ressies for dinner at Whispering Canyon, but it is a late seating. Is it legal to pool-hop to Wilderness (our home resort and the kids are sad we are not staying there) before our dinner reservations? I know we can pool hop with DVC, but is it only if we are staying at DVC? It is not a big deal, but we do not want to pool-hop if we are not eligible to!

Its officially a NO
However before heading over with your bathing suits I would definately call the front desk and ask
We were allowed to when staying at PO/FQ 11/02 but that may have been okay under different circumstances.

No, it's not legal. Pool hopping only applies when staying on points.

Thank-you! We have never gone to WDW and not stayed on points, so this is a new experience!
