Pool Hopping Question

We have never pool hopped before, but it may make sense for us to let our kids have a quick swim at the VWL pool before we have dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe during our visit in October. My question is: what facilites are there (if any) for changing clothes, etc. at the VWL pool? We have never been to this resort yet, so any info would be helpful.

At the quiet pool by the villas there is a door that goes in right next to the changing rooms. I think there are restrooms near roaring forks snack bar in the main lodsge that you can also change in.

are people allowed to do this or do you have to show a room key or something?
