Pool hopping onsite?

Is pool hopping allowed for on-site guests at Universal. The kids want to go to the pool at HRH, but I like how the concierge rooms are deluxe rooms at PBH and MUCH larger, so I'd rather stay here. If I could take them over to HRH for one afternoon, it would appease everyone.

Pool hopping is allowed.

show your hotel card and you will get towels at any of the hotel pools.
no need to bring towels from your room.
