pool hoping with non dvc members

Hi we are staying at saratoga springs(we are dvc members). we have two other people staying with us that are not dvc members. I wanted to know if we can pool hop to other resorts and bring our guests with us. and whay resorts. Thanks

if they are staying in same room with you - then yes you can take them.

if they are staying in a separate room from you - but on your points - then yes you can take them.

if they are paying disney for their rooms - then you can't take them.

the places you can pool hop to - are Polyn, GF, BW - moderates - CSR, POR, POFQ, CBR = values - Pop, All stars

the dvc you can pool hop to are SSR, OKW, BWV,

you can not pool hop to BC/YC/BCV, AKL/V, BLT

the dolphin and swam are not disney pools and so you can't pool hop to them either.

You can also hop to VWL and WL

THis may seem like a silly question but is "illegal" pool hopping ever enforced? I have never taken advantage of the pool hop option but I have never been asked for my membership card, where I was staying, or any other personal information to verify I was actually staying at that resort. I know there are rules for pool hopping but has anyone ever seen them enforced?

They very frequently enforce it at StormAlong Bay at Beach Club by use of wristbands. You have to show a valid room key for YC/BC/BCV for each member of your party to get wristbands.

Poly is also using wristbands, and I've seen reports of random resort ID checks in the pool area at several other deluxes. I've personally seen people booted out of the WL pool area.

Also at BWV there have been reports of DVC members turned away due to the pool being crowded.

Some were also asked to leave after it starting getting more crowded so yes at times it is enforced.

As members we are suppose to check in at the Front Desk before going to the pool to make sure it is not too crowded.

We've seen them check at BC/YC/BCV - SAB, BWV/BWI, WL/VWL.
