Pool hoping for universal hotesl

Hi all! I just booked a trip for universal, and was wondering if you can Pool hop from each hotel. Is there a charge for it?

Because if your staying at RPR their pool has no slide and HRH has under water music but for me I don't do it but others may want those choices

We also pool hop on our trips, we usually stay for 4-7 nights so there is usually 1 day we just stay and play in the pools. We usually will take the boat over to PBH and then walk to HRH and then take the bus back.
