Pool Hop @ Swan/Dolphin

Dos anyone know if DVCers can pool hop at Swam/Dolphin main pool?

I would think that since the Swan/Dolphin is technically not a Disney hotel (and of course not DVC either), that you would not be able to pool hop there.

no you cannot pool hop to S/D. they are not disney owned
