Pool heating sufficient at Xmas?

..when it's been cool-cold in december/january, have you found that you are comfortable in (heated) Villa pools or not?

Hi Mike,

Most villa pools are heated to around 80f which is quite warm enough, even in the winter months. However, the heating will probably only be set to run around 8 hours a day, during the daytime. The pool can loose quite a lot of heat during the night so it is important to have a cover for the pool (a bit like blue bubble wrap) and to remember to pull it over in the evenings. That way the pool will retain its heat and you can enjoy it anytime.

Check with the owner about the pool cover before you go if you are worried.
