Pool at OKW?

When are they finishing the pool at OKW? Does anybody know?

I just checked the member website and can't find it. I think I read previously that the target is February. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

A few days ago someone posted two photo's from 11/1 and 11/4. It is clearly under construction.

The original announcement said it would be completed by the end of the year. Later statements have suggested a mid-December opening.

I too read somewhere - I think the DVC member site- of a mid-December finish date. We were hoping so since our trip begins the 17th!

Hi all, we just got back today and they are not yet done with the pool. The lighthouse is done and has a new coat of paint and looks like they are still working on a slide in what looks to be the main pool.

The letter they gace us last week at check-in said mid-December, but it didn't look quite that close to completion.

My guess is that the hurricanes may have thrown off the timing a bit.
