I know six flags has replica seats for their popular rides so you can make sure you fit before wasting 2 hours on line.
Does disney have something similar?

At only a few of the rides. I am not sure which ones, but maybe someone else can let you know.

I think you will be surprised that you can ride almost anything you want. I am a size 24 and can ride anything without issue.
