Pongu Pongu Opening Time

Hey Everyone

Just wondering if I can get some help. Planning a trip for June and I was wondering if I show up for magic hours at Animal Kingdom (8:00am-9:00am), what time Pongu Pongu opens at. Would it be open at park opening at 9:00am or during magic hours or for lunch? Would love to get a Lumpia and green beer for a first timer for breakfast, before he fills up on other goodies.

According to Disney these are the operating hours:

8:00 AM - 10:30 PM
I've no idea if they change during magic hours.
